The Specialty Food Association (SFA) announced the winners of the 2026 Good Food Awards, honoring products that exemplify outstanding taste, quality, and responsible production. Selected through a blind tasting process from more than 1,200 entries, 242 products from 198 crafters earned top honors.
The winning products span 18 categories and all five Good Food Awards regions – North, South, Central, East and West. The makers behind the products are diverse, from emerging crafters to established brands, with the shared goal of advancing good food across the country.

Running for the 16th year, the Good Food Awards bring together more than 250 judges annually for category-specific blind tastings. Each expert panel of judges evaluates entries for flavor, craftsmanship, and adherence to the Awards’ rigorous standards. The resulting winners embody the tradition, sustainability, social responsibility, and boundless creativity that define excellence in their respective categories.
“This year’s winners capture the vibrancy of America’s good food community," Mary Beth Vultee, SVP of Membership at SFA, said in a statement. “It requires a remarkable level of intention to create products that set the standard for taste, quality, and responsible production. As Good Food joins with SFA and we begin an exciting new chapter together, we’re proud to support these exceptional makers and carry forward the values that have long defined the Awards.”
This year’s Good Food Award winners will be honored at a celebration on Saturday, June 27 in New York City, the evening before the summer Good Food Mercantile.
The Good Food Mercantile is a bi-annual table top market where Good Food Qualified makers sample their products to retailers, chefs, buyers and other industry tastemakers who are passionate about good food. The Mercantile will be co-located with SFA’s Summer Fancy Food Show on Sunday, June 28 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Javits Center, River Pavilion.
Makers interested in exhibiting can apply. All Good Food Qualified members of SFA are eligible to exhibit. Other SFA members who wish to seek the Good Food Qualified designation may apply by contacting goodfood@specialtyfood.com.
Access to the Good Food Mercantile NYC is included with registration for the Summer Fancy Food Show.
The entry period for the 2027 Good Food Awards is expected to open later this year.
