High Culinary at Home

Nestlé USA has launched Minor’s Kitchen, its first entry into the U.S. at-home condiments category, inspired by the celebrated Minor’s brand, a trusted partner to professional chefs for 75 years. The collection features four premium sauces, crafted with no artificial colors, high fructose corn syrup, or artificial flavors, that aim to deliver restaurant-quality flavor to everyday meals at home: Lemon Garlic Aioli, Creamy Korean BBQ, Spicy Chili Truffle, and American Smokehouse.

Florida-Style BBQ

Tabañero, known for its hot sauce, is expanding with a line of Florida-style BBQ sauces with light, tropical, tangy profiles and half the sugar of leading brands: Original (smoky and sweet with a hint of Florida orange citrus), Everglades Gold (Southern-style mustard and Florida citrus), Habanero Honey, Apple Hickory, Smoked Pepperoncini, Bourbon Black Cherry, and XXX (bold flavor and heat). The sauces are made with 100 percent natural ingredients and contain no high-fructose corn syrup or artificial preservatives.

Grass-Fed Salad

Primal Kitchen launched three creamy salad dressings made with grass-fed dairy: Tzatziki (made with grass-fed yogurt), Creamy Romano (made with grass-fed Romano cheese), and Buttermilk Ranch (made with grass-fed buttermilk), paired with the brand's signature good fats like avocado oil. The lineup goes beyond salad as a sauce for dipping, spreading, drizzling, and marinating.

Soy-Free Liquid Aminos

Bragg Live Food Products has announced a milestone in retail expansion with Bragg products launching in the Costco Southeast region. The debut product, Bragg Organic Coconut Liquid Aminos, offers a clean-label, soy-free alternative to traditional teriyaki sauce, crafted with organic coconut blossom nectar, Bragg’s organic apple cider vinegar, water, and Balinese sea salt. The sauce’s umami flavor makes it an easy swap for teriyaki sauce to star in marinades, stir-fries, dipping sauces, and dressings.
