The Flexible Packaging Association (FPA), an advocate and voice for the growing US flexible packaging industry, announced the winners of its 65th Annual Flexible Packaging Achievement Awards Competition. The winning entries were recognized during a virtual awards ceremony that was live-streamed on March 10.
Diana Food, part of Symrise Nutrition, was nominated as a finalist for the Edie Sustainability Leaders Awards 2021 in the category of “Waste and Resource Management Project of the Year.” Specifically, Diana Food is being recognized for its overall waste reduction strategy and recent initiatives that focus on the valorization (enhancement) of the company’s side streams.
