ICL Food Specialties (ICL) is using SupplySide Global, Oct. 29-30 in Las Vegas to showcase its portfolio of functional ingredient solutions that improve the texture, stability, mouthfeel, and shelf life of food and beverage products. Visitors to Booth #2438 can experience ICL’s solutions in a variety of applications for today’s consumer preferences.

SupplySide Global is the premier event for health and nutrition industries, uniting professionals from the dietary supplement, food and beverage, pet health, and personal care industries. The ICL team of experts will be on hand to share ingredient innovations, insights, and practical solutions to help attendees overcome any formulation challenges in trending foods and beverages, from high-protein dairy products to plant-based meat and seafood.

JOHA SE and BEKAPLUS Q3 B enhance the mousse’s stability and texture, while SALONA Sea Salt provides natural sodium reduction and boosts the cocoa flavor. MAG-NIFICENT adds an ideal source of magnesium and phosphorus for added nutritional value.

• Vegan Beef Bratwurst: Juicy, with an authentic texture and appearance, this next-generation plant-based protein features ROVITARIS Binding Solution, a clean-label binder alternative to methylcellulose.
