Multisorb Technologies has announced that senior management, led by Michael R. McGee, chairman, and James V. Renda, president, has partnered with Summer Street Capital Partners of Buffalo, New York (USA) to purchase the company from the John S. Cullen estate.

Ingredion Inc. announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Penford Corp. a U.S.-based leader in specialty ingredients for food and non-food applications.
The acquisition has been approved by the boards of directors of both companies.

Stiritz, who has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since Post separated from Ralcorp Holdings, Inc. in 2012, will continue with Post's executive team in the newly-created role of Executive Chairman. In connection with this new role, Mr. Stiritz's employment agreement was extended to October 2017.
