Ingredion’s food science and culinary experts used this year’s Engredea exhibition in Los Angeles to showcase non-GMO ingredients in a fresh mix of prototypes.
These included a refreshing, lemon-flavored iced tea with NUTRAFLORA® prebiotic fiber and ENLITEN® Reb A stevia sweetener. Also featured was a savory ancient grain jerky bar with VITESSENCE™ pulse proteins, HOMECRAFT® pulse flours and NUTRAFLORA prebiotic fiber.
