Jungbunzlauer, a leading producer of high-quality, sustainable ingredients from natural sources, will return to IFT FIRST 2025 in Chicago to showcase how its biodegradable ingredient solutions can meet today’s formulation needs, without compromising on performance.

The company will spotlight its broad and growing offering of high-performing, functional ingredients that support cleaner, more sustainable product development across food, beverage, and nutrition. Of particular note this year will be a focus on the company’s texturant portfolio that expands options for manufacturers seeking high-quality, label-friendly alternatives for demanding applications, and its mineral fortification solutions for the growing supplement market. Jungbunzlauer is also expected to release some key announcements at the start of IFT FIRST 2025.

“Our focus remains on helping trusted brands as well as up and coming ones solve real formulation challenges with ingredients that are grounded in nature and backed by deep technical expertise” said Bruno Tremblay, CEO of Jungbunzlauer. “At IFT, we’re here to listen, to collaborate, and to share how small changes at the ingredient level can support much bigger performance goals, whether that’s in food, climate, or consumer trust.”

In addition, Jungbunzlauer will present new insights on using organic mineral salts in beverage formulation during a Solutions Showcase. The 30-minute session will highlight how organic forms of magnesium, calcium, potassium, and sodium can enhance hydration efficacy. The session, titled “Formulating Hydration Beverages with Bioavailable Organic Mineral Salts,” will take place on Monday, July 14, 2025, from 12:00 to 12:30 PM (America/Chicago) in Exhibit Hall A – Solutions Showcase (Booth S4603).

Visit Jungbunzlauer at Booth #S723 to explore:

•    Enhanced texturant functionality
•    Natural preservation, mineral fortification, and fermentation-based ingredients
•    Applications across food and beverage, and nutrition
•    Live food and beverage demo including a hydration drink, a vegan panna cotta, and more
•    Live formulation insights and expert consultations
