Berman has 25 years of experience in general management and marketing, demonstrating a strong record of driving growth across many categories in the food and consumer packaged goods industries.
Both will report to Campbell’s president and chief executive officer Mick Beekhuizen and become members of the company’s operating committee and corporate officers.

Taffet will be responsible for driving transformative growth strategies across the company's expanding snacks portfolio, which includes iconic brands like Hershey's, Reese's, Jolly Rancher and Dot's Homestyle Pretzels.
Aoukar brings a wealth of experience in supply chain and operations leadership within the consumer packaged goods industry. Most recently, he served as chief operating officer at ByHeart.
Dabek has led the cooperative's sales, marketing, innovation, insights, revenue management and demand planning teams as the owner of the P&L for the cooperative's US region.
David Jacobs joined the company as vice president of marketing for Mars Food & Nutrition North America. Jacobs reports to Dave Dusangh, regional president of Mars Food & Nutrition North America.
