Earlier this year, the Oregon cheesemakers at Tillamook released a comprehensive trend report on new ways consumers are finding to enjoy cheese. Two intriguing pairings revealed by the report included matching artisanal honeys with artisanal cheeses, and what the trend-spotters called “the cheddar plunge”.

In response to a petition submitted by food and beverage leader Danone North America, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) announced the first-ever qualified health claim for yogurt, recognizing a potential link between its regular consumption and a reduced risk of type 2 diabetes, and giving consumers another compelling reason to shop the yogurt aisle.

The new collection is made with 45% more cocoa than Tillamook's classic chocolate ice cream, creating flavors that are richer, darker and decadent.

The new Tillamook Brick Cream Cheese has real cream cheese flavor, delivering a balance of sweet cream and tangy flavor without gums or preservatives.
