In Fall of 2015, Washingtonian Dennis Garcia stood on his newly-acquired land in Chimayo, New Mexico. The bells of the fabled Santuario de Chimayo rang out, welcoming him home to the land of his ancestors.

Urban Accents sampled the new sauce line, which includes flavors like Pumpkin Tagine, Pumpkin Mole and Pumpkin Curry Simmer Sauces and Chicago Classic, Fire Roasted Arrabbiata and Manchego & Garlic DIY Pizza Sauces, at the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York City.

Matiz Organic Olivada is an olive spread made with organic empeltre olives and olive oil. Matiz Organic Quince Paste is made with all organic ingredients including organic quince fruit, lemon and organic sugar.
