Using the same flavor profile and design that catapulted TRUFF's Hot Sauce into social media communities, TRUFF's Pasta Sauce brings an elevated option to the rapidly growing $7B pasta sauce market.

McCormick & Company Inc., a global leader in flavor, announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the parent company of Cholula Hot Sauce®, a premium hot sauce brand that delivers authentic Mexican flavor, from L Catterton, for $800 million in cash.  

Sweet Baby Ray's Chicken Sauce combines the traditional flavors of honey mustard and barbecue sauce into a topping that was specifically made to bring out the best flavors of chicken.

Starting mid-November, customers will be able to purchase 16oz bottles of the company's signature Chick-fil-A and Polynesian Sauces at participating retailers, including Publix, Kroger, Walmart and Winn-Dixie stores in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana and Mississippi, with a nationwide rollout scheduled for early 2021.

Prepared Foods showcases sauces, dressings and dips making a debut in November 2020.

The culinary brand focused on healthy fermented foods is expanding its newest line of products, Fermented Dressings and Marinades, with the addition of another first-of-its kind product, naturally fermented Backyard Ranch. 

The Association for Dressings & Sauces (ADS) awarded Oakland-based The Clorox Company as the winner of the Dressing of the Year Award for its Hidden Valley Honey Mustard Flavor Packet. The announcement was made during the ADS Technical Meeting “Face2Face” held virtually October 5-7.

Peter Hjort, president of the newly branded Summit Hill Foods, cited the need for a name that more closely aligns with the company's ambitious goals and global reach as the primary reasoning behind the rebranding effort.
